Senior design role at Weekday AI in Bengaluru. Needs 5+ years.
About the role
This role is for one of the Weekday's clients
What you'll do
- Own product design end-to-end: research, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and design QA after it ships
- Design interfaces that make complex technical information (test coverage, code impact, AI-generated results) feel simple and trustworthy
- Prototype fast, put work in front of users and the team early, and iterate based on what you learn — we'd rather see three rough versions this week than one polished one…
- Challenge our assumptions. You're not here to execute someone else's vision; you're here to bring your own point of view and defend it with data and reasoning
- Maintain a comprehensive design system as the product grows
