About the role
We are looking for an experienced Corporate IT & Workplace Technology Manager to own end-to-end IT operations for a growing technology organisation. This is a hands-on, single-owner domain expert role responsible for corporate IT infrastructure, endpoint management, IT asset lifecycle, workplace technology, networking, identity and access management, and IT compliance.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end corporate IT operations for the organisation and Bengaluru office
- Manage MacBook, Windows devices, peripherals, and other IT hardware across the complete asset lifecycle
- Lead hardware procurement, reseller negotiations, AMC management, warranty coordination, buybacks, refresh cycles, and replacements
- Implement and manage zero-touch MDM and endpoint security across macOS and Windows environments
- Manage endpoint encryption, patching, EDR, security policies, compliance controls, and remote-wipe capabilities
