Senior Account Manager (Project Operations & Client Relationships)

About the role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of key client relationships, lead project execution end-to-end, and manage a team while driving smooth coordination across accounts. This role is ideal for someone who has already led accounts and managed people in an agency environment, and is now ready to operate with greater autonomy, own larger and more complex client relationships, and build out a high-performing account management team.

What you'll do

• Client Coordination & Relationship Management: Own strong client relationships through timely communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail while leading calls
• Team Coordination & Management: Lead and manage a team of Account Managers/Executives and set clear direction, review work quality
• Talent Coordination & Quality Management: Identify and coordinate the right creative talent for different project needs while applying judgment on quality, fit
• Proposal Building, Pricing & Commercial Support: Lead the creation of proposals, scopes, and project plans for client requirements while owning pricing discussions
• Reporting & Operations: Track project progress, maintain account updates, and keep documentation organized across proposals, timelines, deliverables
