Commercial Lending Servicing Representative

About the role

In this role, you will manage assigned servicing activities, review transaction notices, process loan events, maintain complete servicing records, and coordinate with agent banks, internal teams, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, accountability, effective workload management, and the ability to identify and escalate transaction or control concerns.

What you'll do

• Process standard to moderately complex loan events, including advances, repayments, interest payments, fee payments, rate changes, rollovers
• Review notices and servicing instructions received from agent banks or authorized internal partners for completeness, accuracy, and required approvals
• Compare transaction instructions with available loan documentation, system records, participant positions, and established processing procedures
• Enter, validate, and maintain loan, borrower, lender, payment, and transaction information in applicable systems of record
• Process assigned loan bookings, funding activities, modifications, and servicing updates within established timelines and processing cutoffs
