What you'll do
- The team member will be part of the Markets Client Delivery Onboarding team , responsible for supporting client onboarding across Markets businesses, including FX
- The role involves coordinating end-to-end onboarding activities, including client data collection, validation, system setup, and stakeholder engagement
- As a central point of contact, the team member will work closely with Front Office/Sales, Operations, KYC, Credit
- The team member will also contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience, strengthening controls
- Participate in lifecycle support activities for institutional trade initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements
