About the role
You will research and resolve processing issues, coordinate assigned workflow, and apply operational knowledge and judgment to support accurate, timely, and quality outcomes.
What you'll do
- Complete moderately complex operational, administrative, and customer support activities within established procedures and service standards
- Collect, validate, and organize operational data and prepare routine reports, records, and system inputs
- Research discrepancies and resolve non-routine processing issues within defined authority; escalate exceptions that require interpretation
- Coordinate assigned workflow activities and monitor work through completion to support service and quality objectives
- Apply working knowledge of policies, procedures, controls, and internal systems to complete low-to-medium risk tasks
