Senior Institutional Operations Representative

About the role

In this role, you will contribute to effective day-to-day operations while supporting strong controls, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. This opportunity provides exposure to key operational processes and collaboration with business partners in support of efficient service delivery.

What you'll do

• Perform moderately complex to complex institutional investment operations, including trade processing, researching inquiries, reconciling transactions
• Research and resolve operational issues and exceptions within established procedures, applying sound judgment and knowledge of systems, policies, and requirements
• Support audit, compliance, risk, and control requirements and address operational or governance issues within the assigned process
• Identify and recommend process improvements, participate in operational initiatives, and provide guidance or training to less experienced team members
• Collaborate with internal and external customers, peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and support consistent achievement of operational goals
