Forward Deployed Engineer - Seek

About the role

We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer for a new AI native product within Whatfix Labs and another product in stealth. You'll engage directly with customers, find the use case, build it on the products, and own the outcome through pilot into production.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple enterprise accounts at a time: discovery, building custom demos, scoping POC/Pilot success criteria, building the automation
• Work directly with customers to map workflows and translate SOPs into prompts, just-in-time context
• Visualize and map how the products interact with various third-party enterprise applications; design end-to-end data and information flows
• Build eval suites and fix gaps to establish accuracy and determinism before sign-off
• Debug failures, iterate on just in time context/prompts, and tune the automation until it's production-ready
