About the role
Associate Product Manager – AI-Powered Core Banking Bolt-ons & Adjacencies We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to identify and help build AI-powered bolt-on and adjacent solutions for the Core Banking ecosystem. Reporting to the Product Manager, the APM will identify problems solvable without replacing or disrupting the core.
What you'll do
- Ecosystem & Problem Discovery
- Analyze banking journeys to identify process gaps, manual work, data silos, integration issues, poor UX and legacy constraints
- Define bolt-ons and adjacencies across servicing, deposits, payments, lending, operations, risk, compliance and data
- Evaluate intelligent servicing, customer 360, workflow orchestration, exception management and employee copilots
- Ensure solutions are configurable and core-agnostic across legacy and modern platforms
