About the role
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to help build an AI-powered North American Property Appraisal Platform. Reporting to the Product Manager, the APM will contribute to product vision, roadmap, market analysis, UX, business case and GTM. The role requires collateral-valuation expertise to improve appraisal operations using AI while preserving accuracy, compliance and appraiser independence.
What you'll do
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Partner with the Product Manager to define the product vision, strategy, positioning, and multi-year roadmap
- Monitor mortgage, property valuation, regulatory, AI, and competitive trends and continuously evolve the roadmap to maintain product relevance and differentiation
- Conduct market, customer and competitor analysis to identify unmet needs, whitespace opportunities, and emerging valuation models
