About the role
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Application Support Engineer The role is responsible for BAU support, incident resolution, problem management, change implementation and stakeholder engagement across GRC and Risk platforms.
What you'll do
- Provide L2/L3 support for GRC and Risk applications
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and data-related issues within agreed SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Execute application deployments, configuration changes and releases
- Monitor application health, integrations, interfaces and batch processing
