What you'll do

• As a Distinguished Engineer in the Agentic Care Tech domain, you’ll operate at the intersection of scale, complexity, and impact
• Drive the technology vision and architecture for our Agentic Care Tech teams, including Self Serve, Agent Experience, Contact Centre as a Platform
• Your leadership will enable world-class engineering solutions for hundreds of millions of customers across multiple countries and markets
• Architect for Scale: Design and evolve the technical architecture for highly scalable microservices and modern frontend applications (React, Node.js, GraphQL, Java
• Drive Cross-Domain Vision: Set and align architectural direction across Cart, Checkout, Promotions, Order Amends, and Platform
