- Scope, define, and execute on the IT strategy partnering with IT and business leaders
- Systems design, implementation, and support of VMWare, Citrix, SAN, DFS, DHCP, backup, server standards, Microsoft Azure, ADFS, ADCS
- Authentication systems design, implementation, and support utilizing two factor authentication, tokens, and biometrics
- Security system design, implementation, and support utilizing Microsoft Defender as well as other security tools
