About the role
As part of the Global Payroll Team, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the global People strategy. Supporting business growth in an increasingly regulated environment whilst ensuring payroll and tax are compliant across the region.
What you'll do
- Oversee and manage payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and accuracy of payments
- Review and approve payroll runs before sign‑off
- Handle complex cases (tax, retro, expatriate payroll)
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and vendors
- Drive standard work instructions and SOP adherence
