About the role
Captives Insurance Management Solution (CIMS) is a risk management technique by which a business forms its own insurance company subsidiary to finance its retained losses in a formal structure. The activities of this unit include Accounting, Underwriting, preparation of regular Management and Regulatory reports and financial statements.
What you'll do
- Preparation of financial statements as well as client financial and management accounting
- Managing and overseeing regulatory and compliance issues
- Preparation of Board Packs and client benchmarking analysis
- Reviewing new client's business operations and working with the team that implements solutions
- Responding to and following up on queries by the captive accountholders
