What you'll do
- Reconcile share-based comp accounts, research unexplained activity, and work with partners to achieve resolution
- Reconcile and report Capital Activity
- Assist with calculations of performance-based awards and past or future modifications to existing awards
- Assist with purchase accounting as applicable
- Record expense for ESPP and true up upon purchase
