Azure DevOps Engineer

About the role

Set up and manage the secure cloud environment supporting the AI platform and orchestration layer, ensuring reliability, security, and operational monitoring throughout the engagement.

What you'll do

• Provision and configure secure cloud infrastructure across Azure (identity, networking) and aligned to a VNet-isolated, zero-trust architecture
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployment of AI agents and the CSR-facing webchat application
• Configure and maintain private connectivity (Azure ↔ Snowflake private link) and secure integration paths across AS400, Salesforce, ImageRight, and Zoom Contact Center
• Implement infrastructure security controls — RBAC, secrets/key management, network segmentation — aligned to the Data & AI Governance framework
• Set up and maintain observability tooling: self-hosted Langfuse (AI/agent observability) and Azure Monitoring (security, compliance, and infrastructure logging)
