About the role
We are looking for a NOC Operations Engineer to support 24x7 monitoring and operations for a US client’s cloud and network environment.
What you'll do
- Monitor network, cloud infrastructure, and devices using New Relic, PagerDuty, GCP Monitoring , and similar tools
- Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution
- Support Incident, Change, Problem, and Escalation Management using Jira/ITSM tools
- Provide first-level support for network and cloud infrastructure issues
- Support GCP, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes operational activities
