About the role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Project Manager with 12+ years of experience in managing enterprise software implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading customer onboarding initiatives, ensuring successful project execution, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation projects
- Act as the primary customer-facing project manager, building strong client relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with the Actimize PS Engineering team to plan, execute, and deliver implementation milestones
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans in coordination with internal and customer stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
