About the role
To ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of plant equipment through effective execution of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
What you'll do
- Conducts preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of rotary and static equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, fans, reactors, heat exchangers, towers)
- Plans annual preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensures equipment history is maintained in SAP
- Performs root cause analysis for equipment failures and implements corrective actions
- Maintains proper inventory of spares and tools and initiates purchase when required
- Reviews maintenance procedures and checklists, and ensures all jobs are completed in compliance with safety and operational protocols
