About the role
To drive plant reliability and maintenance planning through effective implementation of reliability strategies, maintenance systems and performance monitoring mechanisms. The role is responsible for improving equipment availability, minimising unplanned downtime, coordinating maintenance and turnaround planning, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, reliable and efficient plant operations.
What you'll do
- Reliability Management & Equipment Performance
- Develop, implement and monitor reliability strategies to improve equipment availability, reliability and operational life
- Analyse equipment failures, identify recurring issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor equipment performance, identify reliability gaps and drive initiatives to minimise breakdowns and unplanned downtime
- Review equipment maintenance strategies and recommend improvements in preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance practices
