What you'll do
- Lead design and delivery of WalkMe solutions for SAP S/4HANA transformations
- Define adoption strategy, integrating WalkMe with training, OCM, and ERP rollout plans
- Drive client workshops to capture requirements, design user journeys, and align adoption approach
- Mentor and guide consultants in WalkMe development, best practices, and quality delivery
- Take ownership of presales activities – contribute to proposals and develop solution storylines
