About the role
Execute production and downstream purification of goat and rabbit polyclonal antibodies as per approved SOPs and batch records. Perform serum/plasma processing and antibody purification to achieve required yield, purity, concentration, and functional activity. Operate and monitor production equipment and ensure compliance with defined process parameters.

- Operate and monitor production equipment and ensure compliance with defined process parameters
- Perform in-process checks and coordinate with QC/QA for sampling, testing, batch review, and release activities
- Identify and troubleshoot process deviations, yield/recovery issues, and equipment-related problems
