About the role
To own YBL Vision, Values and Mission. Reprogramming somatic cells to establish disease and healthy and disease iPSC lines, ensuring reproducibility and quality compliance throughout the process. Differentiating iPSC lines to target derivatives (e.g., cardiac, neural, skin cell types) using lineage-specific protocols
What you'll do
- Own YBL Vision, Values and Mission
- Developing and validating NAM models which are Fit for Purpose and Context of Use (CoU)
- Drive the QMS process as per the ISO 9001 and 13485 compliance
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in designing, optimizing, and scaling iPSC manufacturing and differentiation processes using cutting-edge techniques
- Oversee process development from early-stage research to non-cGMP-ready manufacturing, ensuring scalability, compliance, and technology transfer
