Business Development Manager/Director-Data Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Business Development Manager / Director to build and develop strategic data partnerships for AI training and evaluation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of enterprise decision-makers, experience negotiating commercial partnerships, and the ability to identify organizations that can provide valuable datasets, operational documentation, or real-world workplace video data.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop qualified leads for data partnerships across target countries and industries
• Build relationships with business owners, C-suite executives, founders, data owners, operations leaders, and enterprise decision-makers
• Source and negotiate partnerships with companies that can provide relevant data for AI training and evaluation
• Develop partnership proposals, commercial terms, and deal structures
• Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and agreement closure
