What you'll do
- Engage with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document business requirements for the implementation of projects
- Work with the technical teams to configure the platform for onboarding new clients. This may include data migration and configurations for new/existing clients
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Program Manager to ensure requirements are fully understood and align with the project scope
- Assist in creating test cases and validation criteria to ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements
- Support the user acceptance testing (UAT) process and Go live
