Head of Treasury

About the role

We are seeking a strategically minded Head of Treasury and Partnerships to drive the next phase of our growth. This critical leadership role is responsible for forging alliances that directly enhance our liquidity, investment capacity, and market influence, while expertly managing the company’s financial infrastructure to support that growth.

What you'll do

• Strategic Partnerships & Business Development (≈60%)
• Develop and lead a proactive partnership strategy focused on acquiring strategic allies that provide enhanced liquidity, funding avenues, and capital introduction
• Institutional Capital Partners: Identify and secure agreements with institutional investors, private debt funds
• Structure, negotiate, and execute complex partnership agreements that deliver measurable value in terms of capital access, revenue, and client acquisition
• Act as the primary relationship manager for key capital and liquidity partners
