Lead - B2B/Investor Coverage at Yubi. Onboard and run coverage of Institutional Investors like Insurance Companies, Banks, Pension Funds, Co-operative banks and Real-estate funds etc.
What you'll do
- Onboard and run coverage of Institutional Investors like Insurance Companies, Banks, Pension Funds, Co-operative banks and Real-estate funds etc
- Primarily for debt capital market opportunities to invest in NBFCs, Banks, Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds
- Liaise and help structure financial products for the issuer, understand end-to-end business models of issuers, act as a facilitator and close the deal end to end
- Drive legal negotiation/documentation with funding counter-parties alongside counsel along with the execution and structuring team
