About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team based in Mumbai. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for telecalling UAE customers and pitching Yubi's offerings across Yubi Credit Marketplace, Mortgages, and other offerings in the UAE and MENA region.
What you'll do
- Identify and qualify potential leads, scheduling follow-up calls to discuss tailored solutions that meet their unique needs
- Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their requirements, preferences, and pain points
- Anticipate and address customer concerns and objections, providing personalized solutions that meet their specific needs and exceed their expectations
- Enter customer information and call data into the CRM systems
- Track and report sales metrics, including conversion rates, sales revenue, and customer satisfaction
