What you'll do
- Review and analyze condominium project documentation for mortgage lending purposes
- Review condo questionnaires, budgets, financial statements, insurance documents, HOA documents, meeting minutes, and other project-related documents
- Identify project-level risks, deficiencies, and missing or inconsistent documentation
- Order and track condo reviews and related documentation as required
- Coordinate with HOAs, management companies, lenders, borrowers, title companies, and other stakeholders to obtain required information
