About the role
As an Associate – Knowledge Management , you will help architect, govern, and scale an AI-enabled knowledge ecosystem that powers marketing, thought leadership, and enterprise impact. This role sits at the intersection of information architecture, automation, analytics, and AI. You will work closely with the KM Lead to transform how institutional knowledge is captured, structured, discovered, and activated across marketing systems and repositories.

- Design scalable site structures, permission models, and workflows
