What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end M&A advisory and capital raising engagements across buy-side, sell-side, strategic advisory, and private capital transactions
- Drive transaction execution from origination through signing and closure while ensuring high-quality client outcomes
- Lead financial modeling, valuation analyses (DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables), transaction structuring, and investment recommendations
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal advisors, accounting firms, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders
- Oversee multiple live transactions simultaneously while ensuring quality, timeliness, and successful execution
