About the role
As an Engagement Manager you will work closely with the Management Team on practice development and project delivery across the technology domain, TMT, Automotive, Manufacturing, Telecom, Semiconductor and/or other domains. You will work with the project team to provide data-driven and analysis-rich deliverables that derive strategic insights aligned to client requirements.
What you'll do
- You would typically work with other Seniors for project delivery and, in some cases, deliver projects end to end
- Manage projects from first contact to final delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and risk management to ensure customer delight
- Coach the team on conducting primary and/or secondary research and validate findings of team members
- Validating the data obtained and analysing it to extract insights and identify patterns (qualitative as well as quantitative)
- Identifying trends, patterns, and insights and applying them to arrive at solutions and recommendations
