About the role
As a Engagement Manager , you will own end-to-end delivery of GCC/GBS strategy and advisory engagements — from shaping ambiguous client asks into structured problem statements to leading teams through research, analysis, and executive-ready recommendations.

- Own project delivery across multiple engagements — scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and risk management
- Translate client priorities into clear workplans, milestones, and executive-aligned outcomes
- Drive high standards for accuracy, rigor, and client-ready storytelling across all deliverables
- GCC / GBS Strategy & Advisory
- Lead client work across GCC/GBS decision areas such as business case development, insourcing strategies, sourcing models, portfolio optimization
