About the role

we are seeking highly motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our rapidly growing sales development team. As a BDR, you will be a key driver of new business growth, responsible for generating qualified leads, identifying decision-makers, and creating pipeline for our Account Executives in the healthcare sector.

What you'll do

• Lead Generation: Proactively contact potential customers via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs for lead generation
• Establish Certinal as the trusted partner for digital signature and e-consent solutions across enterprise companies
• Leverage data-driven prospecting, multi-channel engagement, and deep industry knowledge to identify prospects facing compliance challenges and operational inefficiencies
