Director - Product Marketing

About the role

Certinal is seeking a hands-on Product Marketing expert to build and scale product marketing for our e-Signature and e-Consent workflows. You will own positioning, messaging, go-to-market (GTM) launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and narrative-driven content that accelerates pipeline and adoption.

What you'll do

• Develop and continually refine product positioning, core messaging, and value propositions across personas (IT, Legal, Procurement, Business)
• Translate product capabilities into compelling customer narratives, use-case stories, and proof points
• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to align on launch goals, target segments, and success metrics
• Build launch kits (one-pagers, FAQs, release narratives, pricing/packaging notes, demo flows) and train internal teams
• Own the sales narrative: pitch deck, solution briefs, ROI/value messaging, email snippets, and talk tracks
