We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PreSales Solutions Consultant to join our PreSales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS solutions, procurement processes, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that address their needs
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including responding to RFPs, RFIs, and technical inquiries
- Work closely with the product management and development teams to stay updated on the latest product features and enhancements
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the procurement industry, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, procurement professionals, and IT teams
