Accounts Assistant

About the role

The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage and execute Unbox Robotics’ accounts payable function end to end — processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely, accurate payments to vendors. This is an individual contributor role at the heart of our finance operations.

What you'll do

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorisation
• Match invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts, and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Enter invoice data into the accounting / ERP system for payment processing
• Prepare and process vendor payments through approved electronic modes (NEFT/RTGS, international wire transfers)
• Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely disbursements and avoid late fees or interest

What you need

• 4–6 years in accounting & taxation
• TDS
• GST
• Accounts payable
• Tally
• Accounting
• Excel
• B.Com or Chartered Accountant or CMA or MBA or M.Com
