About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional with 10+ years of experience to lead Administration, IT Coordination, and Facilities Management for our Chennai office. This role will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted office operations, maintaining IT infrastructure, managing vendors, ensuring statutory and safety compliance, optimizing facility costs, and delivering an exceptional workplace experience for employees.

What you'll do

• Administration & Office Operations
• Manage end-to-end administration of the Chennai office
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations with minimal disruption
• Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, pantry, security, transport, and workplace services
• Maintain office assets, furniture, equipment, and consumables
