Advanced SQL & Excel Analyst

About the role

The role will initially focus on hands-on data analysis, data transformation, visualization, quality control, and responding to analytical requests from the team, with scope expanding over time. The ideal candidate will be analytically curious, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large and complex datasets, with a strong motivation to develop expertise in pharmaceutical and healthcare analytics.

What you'll do

• Support the development and delivery of recurring and ad hoc analytics for the ANZ team, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
• Extract, transform, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of data using SQL and Excel
• Develop, refresh, and maintain dashboards and analytical outputs using Power BI and/or MicroStrategy
• Perform detailed quality checks on weekly and monthly deliverables and identify opportunities to make QC processes more robust and efficient
• Investigate data issues and discrepancies by independently digging into underlying datasets and identifying potential root causes
