Advisory Coordinator - Sales Pipeline Data Analyst

About the role

Reporting into the Growth team, you will audit, clean, and maintain sales pipeline data: resolving duplicate records, enforcing stage and field standards, and closing out stale opportunities. You will work closely with the Advisory Services and Outsourced Services growth teams, business development professionals, and practice leadership to ensure pipeline reporting, forecasting, and KPIs are built on reliable, trustworthy data.

What you'll do

• Conduct ongoing audits of CRM and pipeline data to identify duplicate, stale, incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant records
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline hygiene activities to maintain data quality standards across NetSuite CRM and other approved CRM platforms
• Review opportunity records for completeness and accuracy, validating required fields, stage classifications, ownership assignments, close dates, service line coding
• Correct data issues directly within CRM systems and follow up with opportunity leaders and/or other stakeholders to obtain missing or inaccurate information
• Monitor aging, stalled, dormant, duplicate, and misclassified opportunities and work with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and appropriate disposition
