About the role

The Forward Deployment Engineer I will support HCLTech’s OpenAI adoption and platform operations agenda across Client 0 and selected external lighthouse clients, including BSWH and Cummins. This role is grounded in the day-to-day execution of ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, and API adoption. The individual will help manage platform operations, user activation, adoption analytics, enablement coordination, reporting, and workflow improvement.
