About the role

To lead concrete mix design development, quality control, and technical support activities to ensure optimal performance, durability, and compliance with industry standards while supporting project execution and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize concrete and shotcrete mix designs as per project requirements
• Evaluate new raw materials, admixtures, and supplementary cementitious materials
• Ensure performance targets for strength, durability, and workability are achieved
• Conduct laboratory and site testing (slump, compressive strength, air content, durability tests)
• Ensure compliance with ASTM / IS / EN / ACI standards
