Amazon Connect Developer

About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. The Amazon Connect Developer will design, build, and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline business communications. Working within an AWS environment, you will develop intelligent contact flows, IVR systems, and advanced call-routing capabilities.

What you'll do

• As an Amazon Connect Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced contact center solutions, integrating cloud services
• Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR solutions, and call-routing strategies
• Configure routing profiles, queues, callbacks, emergency messaging, and dynamic business hours and holiday routing
• Develop AWS Lambda functions and integrate Amazon Connect with DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and other AWS services
• Build and maintain integrations with CRM platforms, third-party applications, APIs, and backend systems
