About the role

The role is focused on ensuring control management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization. It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across numerous business units, functional areas, and geographies. What you'll do

• Support implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Credit & Fraud Risk control framework
• Assist in identifying operational risks across business processes, systems, products, and change initiatives
• Partner with business process owners to assess inherent and residual risk and align processes with Amex policy and regulatory expectations
• Support documentation and maintenance of key controls, control objectives, ownership, and monitoring expectations
• Review process and control inventories to ensure accuracy, completeness, and framework alignment
