About the role

Coordinate and provide supporting information required for impairment assessments and other financial reporting requirements. Support Deferred Acquisition Cost (DAC) accounting by preparing journal entries related to agent compensation, premium taxes, employee compensation, amortization, and other acquisition-related expenses.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain fixed assets, goodwill, intangible assets, and deferred acquisition cost (DAC) accounting processes in accordance with established accounting…
• Prepare and maintain intangible asset schedules, roll forwards, and support documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records
• Prepare, review, and post monthly amortization journal entries and other related accounting adjustments in a timely manner
• Perform account reconciliations, including Blackline reconciliations, and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items
• Support fixed asset accounting activities, including asset classification, capitalization, depreciation/amortization tracking
