Analyst—Information Developer / Technical Writer

About the role

As an Information Developer Analyst, you will focus on Help Center release management for Eqlipse products—publishing Help Centers using established processes, guided experted team members, ensuring product information is updated, built, and published accurately. This role is foundational, building product knowledge needed for broader responsibilities over time.

What you'll do

• As an Information Developer , your focus will be developing and publishing product information to modern Help Centers
• Plan, coordinate, and publish product information for Help Center releases
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers
• Ensure release information is clear, accurate, and delivered on time
• Build understanding of how software changes affect business and technical users

What you need

• 1–3 years in content, writing & media
• B.Tech or B.E.
