Analyst

About the role

As a Property Accounting Analyst , you will manage day-to-day activities across lease accounting, project accounting, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations. You will work with lease agreements, validate rent calculations, manage project setups and maintenance, review project costs and capitalization, prepare journal entries, and support month-end close and financial reporting activities.

What you'll do

• Also analyze account balances, investigate variances, identify accounting risks, and collaborate with business partners to resolve issues
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Perform journal entries, expense accruals, account analysis, and month-end close activities
• Investigate accounting discrepancies, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive timely resolution
• Review and interpret lease agreements to identify key financial and accounting obligations
