About the role

We are looking for an Android Automotive Operations & Performance Engineer to own post‑production triage, system stability, and performance optimization for Android Automotive (AAOS) IVI platforms. This role acts as a first line of technical ownership once the product is live , combining field issue triage, customer impact control, and deep system‑level performance optimization across the Android stack (App → Framework → HAL → Kernel).

What you'll do

  • Production Triage & Field Issue Management
  • Act as first point of contact for all post‑release field issues on Android Automotive IVI systems
  • Severity, priority, and customer impact
  • Reproduce customer issues, collect ADB / Logcat / Dumpsys / system traces , and ensure clear defect evidence
  • Ensure correct routing, fast containment , and zero handoff delays between teams
