Application Engineer

About the role

As an Application Delivery Consultant, you will work closely with customers to deliver tailored solutions for modernizing their legacy SQL-based systems and applications. Your role will involve collaborating with bite-size Agile teams, applying best practices, and contributing to system redesigns that leverage MongoDB.

What you'll do

• Follow and contribute to best practice playbooks for migrations and modern application development
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives to improve team processes and outputs
• Communicate progress, challenges, and ideas effectively within the team and to stakeholders
• Support debugging and performance optimization tasks during projects

What you need

• 4–7 years in software engineering
